A-Snacking We Will Go
Snacking in America, possibly our favorite past time. Boy do we love to eat. Chips, candy, and other ‘junk foods’ may suit your addiction or sweet tooth, but those empty calories will do nothing for your health, energy or waistline. In a nation where junk food is so readily accessible and almost every television commercial is touting the benefits of 'snack food' in an attempt to convince and brainwash you to eat it, it’s no wonder we’ve made them so rich and they’ve made us s

Knowledge is Power?
You bet it is. And your super computer brain knows a lot. But there’s a down side you may not know about. Your super computer brain works even when you don’t. Huh? Your super subconscious brain has stored everything you’ve learned since you were born. Even the stuff that isn’t true is filed away in there. EVERYTHING! Every experience, every television show, every commercial ad and every food you’ve ever eaten is locked away in the great storage bank called your subconscious.

Crystal Ball Tells All
Imagine having a crystal ball. If you could see your future, what would it look like? What if your future scared you and made you reconsider your life and the choices you make today? After all, you’ve heard the commercial hundreds of times. The ad says it’s quick and easy to make and you’ll be doing your family a favor by cooking it. They’re telling you the truth, right? They wouldn’t want to harm you and your family… What if you’re hungry and you need something for dinner now? W

The Big Fat Surprise
Fat has gotten a bad rap lately. Vicious gossip and malicious lies have spawned the low-fat craze that's sweeping across America at warp speed. But has this low-fat craze done anything to improve the size of our waistlines? Are we any less fat or healthier despite the thousands of "low-fat" food products on the market? Certainly not. This notion of fat being so harmful and terrible for you goes back a long way. No, it wasn't generated by vegetarians or anti-dairy groups. Inno

New Year, Same sh#? Are You a Fringe Dweller?
The holidays have come and gone. With the next anticipated food feast some 3 months away we shift thoughts to the usual tantalizing treats. On occasion we drift, perhaps we envision spring and the glorious feast we shall partake at Easter. Yes Easter, with its traditional ham, potatoes, and all the irresistible temptations we have come to expect. Today life is back to normal. Whatever “normal” is right? Depending on your life, normal is either good, bad or whatever… For most
