Knowledge is Power?

You bet it is. And your super computer brain knows a lot. But there’s a down side you may not know about. Your super computer brain works even when you don’t. Huh?

Your super subconscious brain has stored everything you’ve learned since you were born. Even the stuff that isn’t true is filed away in there. EVERYTHING!

 

Every experience, every television show, every commercial ad and every food you’ve ever eaten is locked away in the great storage bank called your subconscious. Your subconscious works without any effort on your part.You don’t even realize how dutiful and obliging it is when it compels you to make choices that you later regret.  

 

Here’s just one example of the power behind your subconscious mind and one many drivers can relate to:

 

You’re in your car and all of a sudden you realize you can’t remember the last 5 miles. Hmm. You wonder what you’d been thinking, and more importantly, “Who was driving the car?”

Ha! According to Bruce Lipton, author of “Biology of Belief,” your subconscious mind does a much better job at driving than your conscious mind. One caveat here, you must be an experienced driver with good driving habits or at the very least, a strong sense of self-preservation!

 

So if your subconscious holds the memories and knowledge, what does the conscious mind do? Your conscious mind is reading this and wondering, “What the…?” While your conscious thoughts are floating or flying around, the subconscious mind gets the mental ball and runs with it and does something stupid. Unless…

 

You’re in control of your mind. You know, making good food choices, drinking enough water to keep that super computer brain of yours well hydrated. 

 

That’s probably not the case all the time. But hey, we all slip up once in a while. You know, you’re at a celebration and there’s lots of food and drink. You’re thinking, “I’m so hungry, I’ll have just a little of this and a little of that, a couple drinks…”  Sooner or later your stomach is doing some kind of acrobatic flip-flop and you just know tomorrow morning is going to be rough.

 

Yea, we’ve all been there from time to time. But what if you’re eating like that ALL the time? Chances are you’re getting fat. I don’t mean a little fat either. I mean the kind of fat that carries diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and any other “dis-ease” along in its wake.

 

What can you do? You can come to your senses. Begin the process of “re-programming” your dutiful, subconscious mind that got you in this mess in the first place, or you can keep going down the road you’re going.

 

When you decide you’ve had enough, start with your television set. Turn it off, or at least mute the commercials. The most pervasive and dishonest thought-control manipulation happens there. Your subconscious soaks up the lies and deception like a thirsty sponge after a desert rain and next thing you know you're at the grocery store buying some godawful junk you heard is good for you (that's your subconscious replaying a feeling from a television ad). Maybe you're coming back for more (junk food) because you've become addicted to it. Oh yes, the addiction us REAL. It's a highly calculated plan of deception, don't cha know? 

 

We are hardwired for sensory stimulation and the food and beverage industry has decades of practice perfecting their craft. Considering their billions of dollars in profits and Americans’ obesity and sickness epidemic, it’s apparent they’re winning at the junk food game.

 

Are you ready to take back control of your mind and body? We’ve got the resources for you. It's gonna take work and effort to save yourself, but you’re certainly worth it. You’re not just a meat suit here on planet earth designed to consume mass quantities of crap food and other money wasting consumer products (stuff).

 

You’re a beautiful divine being, here for a purpose, and it’s not to poison your mind/body/spirit, or the earth.
